2025 January Updates:

1. Community Website Launch

We’re thrilled to announce that the new Collingsgate Community Website will go live on 3rd February 2025! This platform will be your go-to resource for updates, newsletters, and a place to share concerns or suggestions.

2. Progress with Management Oversight

• IV Property Management: We’ve requested a detailed breakdown of fees and a schedule of works to ensure transparency and accountability.

• East Midlands Housing (EMH): Engaged with EMH to secure their support in maintaining community standards and holding IV Property Management to their responsibilities.

• Avant Homes: Reached out for clarification on how the estate was intended to be left post-construction and their relationship with IV Property Management.

3. Committee Updates

• Committee Roles: We are seeking proactive residents to join the committee, particularly those with legal or council experience. Help us tackle ongoing challenges and build a stronger community.

• Farewell: Sally, and Lucy have stepped down from the committee for personal reasons and we thank them for their contributions.

The Residents Committee will continue to:

• Monitor progress with the management company, EMH, and Avant Homes.

• Provide quarterly updates through newsletters and this page.

• Collaborate with residents to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
