2025 June Updates:

1. Progress with Management Oversight

• IV Property Management: We’ve requested a detailed breakdown of fees and a schedule of works to ensure transparency and accountability.

• East Midlands Housing (EMH): Engaged with EMH to secure their support in maintaining community standards.

• Avant Homes: Reached out for clarification on how the estate was intended to be left post-construction and their relationship with IV Property Management.

• NWLDC: we have reached out to the council for clarity on the site plans that were submitted as its obvious that elements were not completed, we were Initially advised that these issues would not be progressed and would be regarded as "technical breaches" - our complaint in the majority has been upheld.

2. Committee Updates

• Committee Roles: We are seeking proactive residents to join the committee, particularly those with legal or council experience. Help us tackle ongoing challenges and build a stronger community.

• Monitor progress with IVPM, NWLDC, EMH, and Avant Homes.

• Provide updates through emails, newsletters and this page.

• Collaborate with residents to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
