Following the handover of estate management from Avant Homes to IV Property Management (IVPM), discussions have emerged regarding service charges, estate upkeep, and accountability.

To address these concerns and protect the value of our homes, residents have come together to form the Collingsgate Residents Committee. This committee is dedicated to ensuring that the estate is well-maintained, services are delivered efficiently, and resident concerns are heard and acted upon.

Our Mission

The Collingsgate Residents Committee is committed to:

✅ Holding Property Management Accountable – Overseeing IV Property Management (IVPM) to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner.

✅ Representing Resident Interests – Acting on behalf of homeowners to address estate-wide issues and advocate for quality services.

✅ Promoting Transparency and Communication – Keeping residents informed through regular updates, newsletters, and an open dialogue.

Our goal is to work collaboratively to maintain high estate standards, ensuring that Collingsgate remains a desirable place to live for years to come.

Each member brings unique skills, ideas, and experience, working closely with IVPM, Avant Homes, and East Midlands Housing (EMH) to ensure that residents' concerns are addressed promptly.
